Photograph a label — get a plain reading
Ingredient lists are written for regulators, not for people. Send a photo and get the same information in a form you can act on: the sugars, the additives and what they are for, the allergens.

Photograph the ingredients list
Покажем, что скрыто за кодами добавок, сколько имён у сахара в этом составе и насколько продукт переработан. Снимайте мелкий текст крупно — так разбор точнее.
Questions
What exactly does it read?
The ingredients list and the «may contain» line from your photo. Nutrition tables are read by the calorie counter, not here.
Why does sugar have so many names?
Syrup, molasses, maltodextrin, dextrose, fructose and juice concentrate are all sugar. Split across several names, each one sits lower in the list.
Is a high processing score bad?
It is a description, not a verdict. The NOVA scale says how far a product is from its raw form, nothing about whether you should eat it.
