Terms, privacy and payments

This page is a summary in English, provided for convenience. The binding documents are the Russian originals — the offer agreement, user agreement and privacy policy. Where the versions differ, the Russian text prevails.

What you are buying

A subscription to Fat Track: unlimited meal entries from photo, text or voice, analytics in the app, all workout programmes and the AI chat. The trial gives full access for a limited number of days and requires no card. The service is provided by Andrei Sokolov, self-employed (INN 616804568492), Russia.

Payments and renewals

Invoices are issued in Russian roubles through Robokassa; your bank converts at its own rate.
Foreign Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Telegram Stars are available inside the bot.
Card subscriptions renew automatically for the same term. You can switch renewal off at any time in the app, in the subscription section — access stays until the paid period ends.
Payments with Telegram Stars never renew automatically.

Refunds

If the service did not work for you, write to hello@fat-track.com within 14 days of the charge and describe what happened. Refunds are handled case by case under the terms of the offer agreement and the consumer protection law applicable to the provider.

Your data

Meal photos are sent to an AI model for analysis and stored with your entry so you can review the day later. You can delete an entry, and deleting the account removes your diary.
Workout video from the rep-counting camera is processed on your own device. It is never uploaded to our servers and never leaves the phone.
We store what the diary needs: your profile figures, entries, weight, workouts and subscription status. We do not sell personal data.
Account deletion is available in the app, in the «Me» section. Write to hello@fat-track.com if you want it done for you.

Fat Track is not a medical service. Calorie and macro figures are estimates, and its recommendations are general guidance rather than medical advice. With chronic conditions, during pregnancy, or while taking medication, consult a doctor before changing your diet or training.
