What the bot does in the chat

The Workouts section lives there too — 13 ready programmes and 67 exercises, a player that paces your sets, rep counting with the camera, and a schedule that reminds you through the bot.
Privacy in a messenger
The bot reads only what you send it — messages in your chat with it. It has no access to your other chats, contacts or groups, and Telegram does not give it any.
Meal photos are processed by the AI model and stored with your entries. Workout video from the rep-counting camera never leaves your phone.

Is the Telegram calorie bot free?
There is a full-access trial with no card required. After that it is one subscription that covers the bot, the app, analytics and all workouts.
Do I need a separate account?
No. In Telegram your account is the bot chat itself. If you also want to use the diary in a browser, you can create a login and password in the web app.
Can the bot read my other chats?
No. It only receives the messages you send to it directly — that is how bots work in Telegram.
What if I stop using Telegram?
The same diary is available in the browser at app.fat-track.com, with the same entries, charts and workouts.
